Warranty
All Strata products are, unless otherwise specified warranted under normal use and service against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the time of purchase. This does not include the Lancy range of machines which are warranted under normal use and service for 24 months (excluding wearing parts) from the time of purchase. These warranties do not cover wear from normal use, or any problems caused by misuse, abuse, modification or improper maintenance of the machine/tool. Strata warrants to the original purchaser that all products covered under their warranties are free from defects in material and workmanship. Strata will repair or replace, at their option, products or components which have failed under the warranty period. All decisions of Strata regarding the warranty shall be final.
About Strata Render Solutions
An Aristospray brand, Strata’s beginnings go back to 2005 when Aristospray commenced selling render and plaster spraying machines to the construction industry in the UK and Ireland. Over the years the emphasis at Aristospray shifted over to the supply of paint spraying equipment and consumables, particularly to the professional trade decorator under the QTech brand.
The experience gained from those earlier years was not forgotten. In 2012 Strata was launched as another Aristospray brand. Driven by the needs of the screed and render contractor the initial compact range has grown to the point that in 2020 a new e-commerce site was commissioned to feature the complete product range in one easy to navigate website.
